DELIVERY

UK Customers

We offer a free delivery service (2-3days) for all orders in the UK. 

Next Day Express Delivery:

£6.95 Delivery guaranteed next working day on all orders placed by 2pm.

If you require a Saturday morning delivery please select this option at checkout. There is a charge of £17.50 for this service.

EU Customers

£19.95 Delivery - 2-5 Working Days. You will be emailed your tracking ref within 24 hours of placing your order. 

Rest of World

£70.00 Delivery - 4-8 Working Days. You will be emailed your tracking ref within 24 hours of placing your order.

If requesting delivery to a country outside of the UK this may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.

Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you - we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country therefore you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from eBeauty Ltd, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

PAYMENT

Q. What payment methods are accepted?

A. We accept all major credit and debit cards - Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo. We also accept Paypal Express Checkout.

RETURNS

Q. What happens if the item I receive is faulty?

A. All electrical goods are covered by a minimum 1 year manufacturers guarantee. You can contact us to arrange a replacement Unit.

Q. What happens if I change my mind?

We have a  14 day no quibbles returns policy. The goods must be returned to us in the condition that they were recieved. IMPORTANT all our goods if opened or used are Non-Returnable for reasons of health and hygiene.

Please email us through the Contact Us Form. You will be emailed instructions on returning your item.

Refunds will only be processed once the original item has been returned to us. Refunds will be minus our postage costs unless the item is faulty.
